Just got a Hub Two and for some daft reason ...unless I'm missing something ...you can't set a schedule to turn off the WiFi at night. Yes, you can stop your kids devices from connecting, or stop all devices connecting for that matter, but the WiFi still pumps out the frequencies. It seems like the only way you can stop the WiFi is to manually log into the router each night (and then morning) to switch it on and off, which is a total pain in the a#* or cut the power, but that means I can't work on ethernet while my family enjoys some WiFi free rest. I hope I am missing something here otherwise I'll have to use the 14 day cooling off period to cancel. Any help would be appreciated.

What router did you have previously?

As a point of interest, you do not have to use the Hub2 - any compatible router can be used.

It's a very rare feature on any ISP supplied router. You'll have to buy your own or add a mesh system to achieve it.

Yeah I suppose you could look at it that way...but it's such a humdinger of an oversight that I went for the drama. I actually went back to Plusnet because I remembered their router was very granular under the hood and this was a feature I relied on with my previous ISP's router so now I can't have it it's really put me off staying.

It was a feature on my old Vodafone router, it was about the only decent feature it had really but an essential one IMO. You could schedule it to go on and off in line with your sleep and it also had a button on the top which turned it on and off as well.
