Hello all,

I recently received my Hub upgrade and I was wondering about a simple matter really. Do I need to send EVERYTHING that came in the box with old router or just the router itself in a Jiffy bag or similar package?

Thank you for any help.

@dfod details on returning routers are here https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/returns/

You only really need to return the router and psu. Cables etc can be useful to retain.

If you got your original router before 1 Feb 2024 then you don't HAVE to return it. If its still working it may be useful as a spare.
