    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been using the HH6 with Plusnet without issue since Nov 2022, but this this morning the internet disconnected and I noticed my login details had reverted to the default BT log in. I repopulated my Plusnet credentials and did a couple of restarts, but with no success. I then did a restore using the backup file I'd created shortly after going live with Plusnet but this didn't work either. I then tried a factory reset followed by another restore - still no joy.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does anyone (i.e.&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.plus.net/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/38823"&gt;@Baldrick1&lt;/a&gt;) know whether BT have suddenly blocked the hubs being used with Plusnet?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Think that you have to disconnect it from the Internet first, remove the connecting cable from the phone socket/ONT.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Enter your details, save them, switch off, connect cable and switch on.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If not, someone with more knowledge will be along, I'm sure.</description>
