    <description>Hi my PN hub 2 is still at the firmware version above . I checked with PN and they said it was still at the management platform is there anyway to get it updated or do I simply just wait . It’s not giving me any issues</description>

&lt;P&gt;There was a major update programme about 18 months ago ... so it should have updated before now.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Hi this was confirmed by Plusnet via serial number . It is on the management platform but hasn’t been online for more than month as this was my spare router which I only connected a month ago after problems with my other one . From what I can see it has never received the latest firmware also never had it when I received this router at the end of 2023</description>

&lt;P&gt;If the Hub two is on the management system you should be able to prompt a firmware upgrade by performing a factory reset.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;With a paper clip or similar push in the factory reset hole, hold in until the light either goes off or green&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
