      <description>I have recently joined plus net. I am waiting for my router to be delivered. Was told I don’t need an engineer and I can set up, however I have an email to say an engineer is coming out on the 5th march not sure if I need an engineer or not</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ah, OK. Assuming this is FTTC (Fibre&amp;nbsp; To The Cabinet), the engineer will need to go to your local cab to set this up, but the chances are s/he won't actually visit you - a bit confusing, but that is how it works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;In that case you would normally need an engineer!. Was there a previous occupier of the property and did they already have Full fibre ?&amp;nbsp; if so is there an Openreach box somewhere that looks like the one on here&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.aa.net.uk/Openreach_FTTP_ONT" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://support.aa.net.uk/Openreach_FTTP_ONT&lt;/A&gt; ?&lt;/P&gt;
