In the end I did not change (but neither have I changed my Plusnet package). However, I have never had any trouble over many years with my Hub One. I have had a Hub Two in another property for two years, and that has never given me any trouble either. There are loads of Hub Ones and Hub Twos on ebay (new and second-hand).
