Unable to configure BT smart hub two

Hello,

I’m trying to a configure BT smart hub two on a Plusnet FTTP connection but having issues. I’m able to edit the broadband username and password, when I click connect/save, the router asks me to confirm if I want to turn on FTTP mode (which is already on) and then the router reboots but no changes have been made. I’ve tried remove the WAN cable before starting the process but it doesn’t seem to change anything.

Does anybody have any ideas ?

This is now the second report of there being a problem with configuring a BT Smarthub. Can you please tell us the Firmware version and date of the update in case this is the cause?
