Hi - Looking for help to connect a Linksys Atlas 6 Mesh to Hub 2 Router. Would welcome any guidance, or where to find it, as Mesh does not connect to the internet via the Router. Thanks

What service do you have? Fibre (FTTC) or Full Fibre (FTTP)? i.e. is your Hub Two currently plugged into your phone socket or an Openreach box on the wall?

If the latter, then you do not need to use the Hub Two, you would simply connect the primary Linksys node to the Openreach box via it's Internet port in place of the Hub Two and configure the unit to connect using PPPoE and your Plusnet broadband PPP credentials (<username>@plusdsl.net and the password you use to log into the Plusnet website). See page 23 here.

If the former, then you would first need to log into the Plusnet Hub Two, navigate to Advanced Broadband settings and configure the Hub to use Bridge Mode. Once enabled this will disable all Wi-Fi and likely prevent you from accessing the Hub Two admin pages (you can revert with a factory reset if needed). The light on the Hub Two will go pink once a successful Internet connection is established in Bridge Mode. You then need to run an Ethernet cable between the Internet port on the primary Linksys node and LAN port 1-3 on the Hub Two and configure the PPP connection as per advice above.

Edit: post crossed with @MisterW

@Wiske

Use the following to check your status for FTTP

https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL

You're looking for WBC FTTP in the left hand column and Available to the right. If it's there then there will be a narrative below the results window which will state if any install problems are expected.

FTTP does require an engineer visit to install an ONT inside your house. You also lose your landline and phone number unless you "port" that to an independant VOIP provider.
