Safeguard won't stay switched on

Have been using Safeguard for some time with no issue.
However at the weekend I noticed that it did not seem to be blocking inappropriate websites.
When I checked the site the OFF/ON toggle switch was OFF. I switched it to ON and saved the changes, got an email confirming there had been a change.
However when I go back onto the site it shows as switched OFF again.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

I can see from the Forum there have been issues in previous years of Safeguard suddenly not working, with no notification to users.

I’ve got the same issue as well - it keeps turning it off and won’t stay active

I posted exactly this problem in the 'Everything Else' forum.

Looks like it might be fixed now.
