Parental controls on router

Does anyone know if it is possible to set up parental controls on the router? Our teenager has spent the summer gaming through the night into the early hours of the morning, and we are desperate to put a stop to this. We have no technical know-how whatsoever. I can't even work out how to ask Plusnet directly as I am deaf and there is no email address. So, in a completely sleep-deprived request, is there a way we can set up time restrictions on his pc via the router?

I would suggest changing the admin password for the Hub to prevent it been easily turned off and on.
