Does anyone know why a Hybrid Connect interface panel appears "Occasionally" in the Hub2 Manager?

Just noticed this today.

As the firmware is a variation of that used by BT I would assume that the firmware is in a screwed up state. Factory reset the hub by pushing a paperclip or similar in to the reset hole. Keep the switch closed until you get a green light then leave it to reconfigure itself.

It would be interesting to know what the Hub's current firmware version is

To find the version navigate from Home > Advanced settings >Technical log

<LI-CODE lang="markup">Firmware version:v0.10.00.04201-PN
Firmware updated:30-Jun-2023 <-- date of last update</LI-CODE>

I believe 'Hybrid Connect' is 4G broadband failover

I believe 'Hybrid Connect' is 4G broadband failover

It is, but its connected via a LAN port to the Hub. I'm wondering if there's something connected that the Hub 'thinks' is a Hybrid device ?

@raymondlan65 what ethernet devices do you have connected to the Hub 2 ?

BT's Hybrid Connect uses an ethernet cabled connection for the initial config, but after that, it can link via wifi... kinda like the initial setup for their mesh disks.

Getting off-topic now, but the initial pairing for the BT Hybrid connect can be done via cable or over Wi-Fi using WPS.

Must admit, I've never come across the tile mysteriously appearing on a Plusnet hub 🤨
