    <description>&lt;P&gt;So, you have solid orange on LED1 and LED2 - is that correct? What does it say on your screen if you select this page from your Hubs display:&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Open reach vs plus net</title>

      <description>I haven’t had any internet since Sunday - plus net said it was a line fault so booked an open reach engineer. They came this morning and have said it’s the router (Hub1) ? Anyone got an advise what to do next</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OpenReach engineers (a few of them) always blame the Hub/router - saves them having to do much. What lights are what colour?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If so then call Plusnet back and tell them what the engineer said.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As &lt;a href="https://community.plus.net/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/18089"&gt;@jab1&lt;/a&gt; says , its likely not the router , its probably a network issue but the normal procedure will be for Plusnet to send out a new router just in case. When that doesnt work , they'll get Openreach out again...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Is the 'b' light solid or flashing&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;flashing means there is no broadband signal&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;solid means the broadband username and password pair are wrong.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
