All my 2.4ghz devices have stopped working ( ring doorbell and 2 Yoto players)
I am no tech savvy but have logged into the hub and the hub shows both 2,4 and 5ghz as on. I did try and turn off 5ghz in hub settings but this just stopped any WiFi transmitting at all so I had to do a hard reset. Is my router broken? Or something else? I haven’t had a problem, changed settings or added devices in about a year so no idea why suddenly there’s an issue?

Some of the older Plusnet routers go a bit brain-dead, and the wifi stops working, so just try a power-recycle, see if that fixes it.

(It's a bit more thorough that just disabling & re-enabling the wifi)

You say you did a "hard reset"... what do you mean by that? Factory reset? Power cycle?

If you have a mobile phone or tablet, load up one of the many "wifi monitoring" apps: that will show what wifi there is... so you'll see whether your wifi is actually active, and if it's maybe some strange connection / logon issue.
