WiFi Auth Issues

Plusnet Hub Two

v0.10.00.04201-PN

Last firmware update: 29-Jun-2023

Symptom:

2.4GHz gives authentication error despite password being correct

5GHz band not broadcasting

I've power cycled, reset to default, individually tested both 2.4 and 5 in isolation, changed passwords, changed channels, changed modes, changed keys, changed ssid. Therw is definitely an issue with authentication, as every device fails to connect with auth issues and if i disable WPA I can connect fine on 2.5GHz. The 5GHz radio seems completely canned. What are my options, other than trying to find another old router lying about i can use an an AP?

@jab1 Nah hasn't always been the case, all devices got booted off this morning about half 6, spoke to a guy on the phone and went through all the usual checks and we've come to the conclusion it's an issue with the router itself so he's sending a new one out.
