Login Details For Router? Technicolor DGA0122

Hi,

I'm trying to login to my router profile. I'm unsure what the username and password is.

Please can someone advise me with this. I haven't changed any of these details to my knowledge.

Any advice on this would be appreciated. Thank you

Im guessing this isnt a Plusnet supplied router since I dont recall them supplying that model.

According to this https://support.aa.net.uk/Technicolor_DGA0122 there should be a sticker on the back with the default credentials

Hi,

Thank you for getting back to me.

There is a sticker on the back and apparently the password is the details under "Access Key". I have tried entering this and it still won't let me login.

Any thoughts?

In that case it would seem that it has been changed from the default.

A factory reset SHOULD revert it to that shown on the sticker BUT beware a reset will lose all your configuration.
