Works fine for me on my PC (Win 11). I've removed old/redundant devices that are no longer connected to my Hub 2 exactly as advised by @Dan_the_Van

Hi,

I have been labelling my devices that are listed in the wireless section, my devices on my router.

I was wondering, how do I delete devices from the list? Such as devices that are no longer used, or random connections such as "koala", whatever that is! Yes, I have changed the WiFi password to a very complex one so it's not some random person that has connected, either. I have tried suggestions from similar posts but there is no deletion or removal option for me, even under the advanced settings and viewing in desktop mode on mobile.

Please help? I don't want to have to factory reset my router (again) and reset all my devices up one by one... There should be a delete option.

The router is the Plusnet Hub Two.

Thanks 😊

Hi,

You need to be in Advanced settings >My Network

It is not possible to 'Remove' a device if it is shown as connected (Remove has a white background with a black boarder)

The remove option does not appear on my smart phone even using desktop site, try using a tablet or desktop PC

HTH

Hi,

Yes, I have tried the advanced settings and my network but no luck.

I will try using my PC tonight. The device is showing offline and white. Not sure what koala even is, but doing a search brings up another Plusnet forum post about some type of child safety feature? I didn't enable this and don't need it, (if) it's related to Plusnet, don't know.

Thank you though for the fast reply! Will report back if it has or hasn't worked. 🙂

Great, thank you.

Wonder why it doesn't show on the desktop view via mobile then. Odd. At least I know now it's doable it'll save me so much more time!

Thank you.
