Engineer visit arranged. I really had issues with all plastic plusnet routers in the past, firm ware issues, no signal etc. Switched to BT smart hub 6 and never had a problem. Can I continue using this or do you recommend the latest plusnet router that is posted out prior to engineers visit. Thanks.
