Wi fi not working?

my router connects to pc by wire and internet connection is good. My router connects to laptop and mobile by wi fi but both laptop and mobile tell me there's no internet connection. When I look for available networks on my mobile I see a list of local networks - but plusnet isn't listed, so wifi isn't available, so no internet connection. I switched router off and on, moved it around, but still no wi fi so I think wi fi isn't working.

Ah!!! On the side there is a button to turn off the WiFi that could have been clicked accidentally, can you click it again and check for the wireless networks again?

Thanks, but I don't see a button on the side of the router. There are two ilttle plastic tags, one has the symbol for an aerial, the other has a 69 printed. & there's a button on the back which switches router off/on. I tried all three, but still no signal.

On the front if the Hub there is a wi-fi light, is it on or off?

The Aerial switch on the side turns wifi off/on.
