I wanted to share my troubleshooting of getting Sonos Play 1 devices to work with a new Plusnet hub2.
Like many users my Sonos2 mobile app would not update the wireless settings with any of my Sonos Play1 devices.
I broke the deadlock as follows.
1. Connect any Sonos device to the router by ethernet cable. What this does is open up the network settings option in the Sonos 2 app which is locked when no devices are active on the Sonos network.
2. Go into the Sonos2 app and under settings - network delete ALL registered wireless networks.
3. Unplug the ethernet connection to the Sonos device. You should now be able to reset your network settings using the Sonos app update process without issues.

Hope this is of value to some.
