Had been working perfectly fine with TP-Link deco E4 wired connection. Hub2 in bridge mode.

Have reset both hub 2 and deco but Deco is unable to reach internet and hub2 is not recognising the device

Have replaced the ethernet cable with one known to work

Any suggestions

hub2 is not recognising the device

@Jimmyj not sure what you mean by that ?

However, first check that the Hub 2 is actually in bridge mode , its LED should be pink. Then you will need to set the DECO internet connection type as PPPoE and enter your Plusnet username & password. Username is your accountname followed by @plusdsl.net and password is the one used to login to the member centre.
