    <description>&lt;P&gt;Did someone factory reset the Hub ? have you checked that the correct username &amp;amp; password is still configured on the BT Hub ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>My Internet recently stopped working plusnet sent a outreach engineer which got it working again now my bt hub wont connect keep getting orange light tried all advice on forums still won't work don't understand as it was working fine until had problem and engineer came out plugged a machine into bt phone line mow won't connect &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_rolling_eyes:"&gt;🙄&lt;/span&gt; please can anyone help would be much appreciated &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt; many thanks &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;</description>

      <description>The hub has been factory reset but you can't even get o  the hub manager page even with the details on the hub all I get is connected but no Internet I had no problems before my Internet went down I've had previously changed all the hubs details to plusnet settings and it worked fine only had problem since Internet went down I've tried all the advice on the forums nothing works</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you are connecting wireless to the Hub , then&amp;nbsp; check that you are using the correct wirless password (label on back of hub ) as it MAY have changed during the reset&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you trying to input your Plusnet credentials with the DSL cable plugged in? It MUST be disconnected whilst you do this.&lt;/P&gt;
