Devises disconnecting from wifi

I've recently moved to plusnet and am having issues with devises disconnecting from the WiFi. My phone either is totally disconnected or is connected without Internet.
Looking at the devises on the router my phone is showing up multiple times with 1 showing as connected and another as disconnected. Other devises are showing the same multiple times.

Hi @shadowkh I'm sorry to hear your devices aren't staying connected to the internet!

I'm not finding any faults on the test I've run. Can you confirm please if your devices are connected directly to the router or are you using any kind of booster or power adaptor please?
