Disabling Hub Two hidden network

Hi, I've just installed a new hub two router. I need the option to turn wireless off completely but note when I turn off the 2.5 and Ghz networks in the settings there is still a hidden network pushing out a signal. How do I turn the wireless off completely?

There should be a further option 'Disable all wireless' . This will disable everything including the hidden network

Thanks. I don't have that option though in wireless advanced settings.

I wonder if it could be that my firmware is an old version. It's this - v0.06.00.12134-PN

There was a thread on this last year: here and a firmware update was expected to allow the hidden network to be switched off.

@bobpullen was the firmware update ever rolled out?

How long has this Hub been online? Have you ever replaced it with another for any reason - it looks as though it has fallen off the management platform.

It was sent to me a few months ago when the old router had an issue. But the old router starting working again so I didn't install the new one until I've started having issues with the old one again! Sorry if this has messed up the system!

Yes it was. The firmware version which disables wifi completely is v0.08.00.08297-PN

We are now on v0.10.....

@sampward - looks to me like a firmware update was pushed to you this morning. Try rebooting the hub.

That's great, just done that and I have the option to disable all wireless now. Thanks all for the help.
