    <description>I'm a vulnerable customer and can't access Internet. My hub2 has a solid orange light. I've turned it off &amp;amp; on, didn't fix problem. I've done factory reset, didn't fix problem. I'm left with no Internet access and help phone line is closed till 8am tomorrow morning. Can anyone help me with this problem?</description>

In testing there is no fault so we just need to check a few things out with you. Are you able to tell us exactly what the lights are doing on the ONT (The Openreach modem) and the router please?
