Hi,

I've resurrected the Plusnet supplied router, as the replacement Draytek I used appears to be in the process of dying.

The firmware in the Plusnet router is probably quite old:

1. Product name:

Plusnet Hub

3. Firmware version:

Software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.217 Last updated Unknown

4. Board version:

Plusnet Hub OneI

Is there a method of updating the firmware, if indeed there is a newer version?

Thanks,

Mark

I would try a different PSU "brick" on the Draytek.

My Draytek says 12 - 15v and 2A so anything similar (with the + & - the right way round) is worth a try.
