No, it isn't.

You'll struggle to find a consumer router that does this.

If it's something you require, then I'd suggest researching PoE switches.

Does anyone know please if a Plusnet Hub Two (ours says DSL if that matters) is capable of providing power over Ethernet? If so, does this work by plugging a standard Ethernet cable from the device into the Ethernet socket in the hub? If this isn’t an option with plusnet hub 2 is a different router required or is there another way to supply power over Ethernet to our device? Thanks.

I don't use a PN Hub2 but I think it's extremely unlikely it is capable of providing PoE, in fact I'll go as far as saying "No, it can't".

What you need is a PoE switch, or perhaps if you just want to power a single device you could get a PoE injector.

Follow the links for examples.

Edit: Others type faster than me!
.

If you go for a PoE injector, then be careful to get one suitable for your device - some are passive so just pass through whatever voltage you supply whether or not the receiving device wants it, some will provide 48v, some 24v, some will limit the speed to 100Mbps (or even 10Mbps). If the device is 802.3af/48v capable then something like the Ubiquiti U-POE-AF should do it.

Thank you this really helps. The device is a Ubiquiti UVC-G4-DOME outdoor camera. We will check its compatibility with various switchers, injectors, adapters as recommended before purchasing one and getting an electrician to run the cable for us. Thanks again.
