Hi Forum,
When trying to connect a music streamer to the internet via a Hub 2, I mistakenly clicked 'Remove' next to the MAC address in the client list. How can I undo this please? I can't find any MAC filter and restarting the router didn't help.
TIA for help

Hi, welcome to the forum.

The Hub Two does have a few quirks, it is not possible to just add a device manually.

A suggestion would be to delete/remove the WiFi connection details from the streaming device and try connecting it again.

HTH

Thanks for the suggestion Dan, but the streamer is connected via ethernet cable.
I would guess that re-starting the router would have the same effect as unplugging and reconnecting the streamer. I am reluctant to reset the router, as I don't want to risk losing some important settings.

You didn't mention the device being wired.

If you backed up the Hub before you deleted the device you could try a restore, otherwise the only option is a reset, a bit over the top but it will resolve the issue.

No point doing a backup/restore now as it will restore the problem.
