    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the exporting as csv tip.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Yes there were 2 'DSL link down' events this morning. Don't know why. The hub showed orange before turning blue again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;At this point not too much of a problem but time inbetween dropouts seems to be reducing. See photo.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Hub Two Manager Event Log Filtering doesn’t work sometimes</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Q1 - Hub Two Manager Event Log Filtering doesn’t work sometimes.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Normally I expect to see maybe 6 pages of events when I select the WAN filter but today it showed 172 pages and included non-WAN events. The filter did not work. The solution was to close the Plusnet Hub Two Manager and open it again. Select WAN filter and this time it was okay.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Q2 - Also the event times seem to change. Only by a few seconds but why does it happen at all? I look at an event one day and the same event a few days later and the event time may have changed from hh:mm:08 to hh:mm:03.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are these things normal?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I have seen the issue with the filtering not always working, but never found the circumstances it happens, regarding the time shift in seconds can't say I've noticed that.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In most cases I usually export the event log and search through the CSV file for error the string, I find it easier than scrolling through endless pages.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have a problem today as I see two&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;WAN connection messages&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;WAN connection WAN2_INTERNET_PTM disconnected.[ERROR_NO_CARRIER]&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Although you've had a few DSL link down recently, they may not be regular enough for investigation yet. Some folk may disagree.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For a reliable broadband band connection you require a noise free phone line, to test for noise dial 17070 and select option 2 quiet line test once prompted. This test is best performed in the test socket using a corded phone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have found in the past the Openreach Master Socket 5C with a MK4 faceplate can introduce noise to the line due to poor seating. Reseating the faceplate can resolve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the connection become more regular I'd raise a fault.&lt;/P&gt;
