Hub One Firmware

I know this subject comes up quite regularly but I have not found an upto date response, so please bear with me.

I note my PN Hub One last updated on 9/3/19 to build 4.7.5.1.83.8.263.

Should i worry about getting this updated and if so how please?

Everything seems to work ok, but just thinking about security.

As you can see, your firmware is out of date. Hopefully a Plusnet staffer will come along and trigger an update for you.

Morning @Archer

I'm sorry to hear your router hasn't been updated for a while.

Looking at your account I can't see a Hub One on there which will be why it's not been updated as it won't be live on our router management platform.

Can you send me a PM with a photo of the bottom of the router showing the serial number?
