Go into the advanced wireless channels and try a different 2.4 GHz channel. Whilst you can switch off the 2.4 GHz band there is still an unused ‘hidden’ transmission on the 2.4 GHz band transmitting on the same channel. This is used on the BT version of this hub for the mesh backhaul, which is not usable on the Plusnet version. It is expected that this signal will be removed from a future firmware update. The only way to remove this hidden signal is to use the master switch to turn off both wireless bands.

Took delivery of my new PlustNet Two Hub after upgrading to FullFibre - all configured and works fine

I have noticed bluetooth interference in the room my hub is in

Tried disabling the 2.4Ghz channel and only using 5Ghz but still no luck.

Any thoughts on what I can do?
