      <title>Hub two router has not arrived</title>

      <description>I upgraded from Plusnet broadband to Plusnet fibre extra on the 24th November.I received an email stating that my router was out for delivery,on the 25th November.It has still not arrived. Even taking into account Royal Mail strikes,this seems like quite a large delay. the router I currently have now has no internet light and the Broadband light is flashing on and off.</description>

Welcome to the forums, BTW.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
