Hub One Firmware not updated since 2019

Been having trouble with 5GHz and newer devices disconnecting. Checked the firmware and it is on Software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.263 Last updated 27/02/19

Is this upgradeable or will I need a new Hub?

What are the last three digits of your hub serial number? 581 or 098?

Your hub had dropped off the management platform for some reason.

I have corrected that at this side, however you will need to initiate a full factory reset at your side by inserting somethign into the pinhole at the rear of the device until the status light flashes green.

Once everything is back up and running you should find the latest firmware is pushed to the unit within a few days.

Restoring the config may not have been a good idea. There's a good chance it will restore the 'bad' configuration that was causing your hub not to 'talk' to the management platform in the first place.

I should probably have mentioned that.
