      <title>Plusnet Hub One died</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My router stopped working, was really hot this morning and would not power on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have just renewed my contract; may I get a replacement ASAP please? And if so, would it be possible to collect it so I get it faster than the 3-5 working days for delivery I have seen in other posts?&lt;/P&gt;
