Adobe Creative Cloud no connection from Mac / iPad

Hi PN team,

I am running in to an issue that I cannot connect to Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically account.adobe.com. I noticed a similar thread on these forums, and changing my DNS manually to use Google has enabled my Mac to connect.

My question is, why is this still a problem given it was 3 months ago, as it seems to be a straightforward DNS issue?

I can of course leave my Mac set up with Google DNS, but have not yet checked how I do that on my iPad. Would be better if this was resolved at the PN end.

On the IPad go to settings/Wi-Fi. Select the ringed i next to the ticked wireless network and navigate down the list to Configure DNS. Select this, change from auto to Manual and input your selection.
