Android Adobe Reader login issue with Plusnet router.

Hi, I have seen similar posts to this problem but my issue is slightly different (I think)

I am having problems signing in with the Android Adobe Acrobat reader. Before I get into it I would like to say that it did work fine some time ago though I cant remember exactly when I last used it.

I mainly use a Samsung tablet at home which over home Wi-Fi does not work: the error when trying to sign in is "An error occurred while authenticating. Please try again later." (this tablet did work fine in the past)

Windows 10 Laptop at home over home Wi-Fi works okay.

Android Mobile phone at home over Wi-Fi does not work (same error msg)
Android Mobile phone at home via EE works okay.
Android Mobile phone at home then continues to work via Wi-Fi until you sign out then it wont sign in again.

Samsung Tablet Wi-Fi via EE Mobile hotspot works okay
Then tablet on home Wi-Fi again then continues to work via Wi-Fi until you sign out then it wont sign in again.

Android Mobile at work on works Wi-Fi works okay.

I have a Plusnet router and it seems that the problem is only with the Android Adobe Reader App when trying to authenticate with Adobe over Wi-Fi with the Plusnet router at home.

Any ideas ?

What Plusnet router are you using?

Secondly, is this the app you're referring to and does it require a subscription (just thinking about potentially trying to replicate the issue)?

I believe its a Plusnet Hub 1

No its the reader app which is free to use (with limited cloud storage which I use and is why you need to login)

Hi, sorry it is that app but you don't need the subscription to only read PDF files and use the free quota of cloud storage. You do need to pay to Edit, Convert, Export etc etc....

And to add I am running the latest version and I have uninstalled and re installed and it does work except when trying to authenticate over Wi-Fi on the plusnet router (based on as much testing as I can do)
