&lt;P&gt;If yes, the Hub Two IP Address is 192.168.1.254 so the default gateway address needs to be this.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It would be helpful if you let the community know which DVR you are using and how it is currently configured, someone here might have the same product and therefore help you or check the manufacture's site for support pages.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Thanks MisterW… I will show this to my son who’s better at technology than me. I do know that I don’t get the same menu when I go into settings. Maybe mine is an older model… think it’s been installed for 3 yrs .</description>

      <description>We’ve managed now to get the dvr online. I uninstalled them reinstalled the zosi cloud app on my iPhone to see if that was problem a few days ago( which wasn’t) but cannot remember the password I used and now cannot open camera view on mobile. I have tried to reset password but ofcourse can’t without original password. Does anyone know how I can sort this?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Unfortunately there is no forgot password selection. It has reset… u get a code emailed but when u try to reset it asks for original password which ofcourse I’ve forgotten!&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_screaming_in_fear:"&gt;😱&lt;/span&gt;</description>
