@Jboyle57 Is this a new phone, or a new problem ?- the 'iCloud offline' message sounds like you haven't activated it.

Are you seeing this message on your DVR device?

If yes, the Hub Two IP Address is 192.168.1.254 so the default gateway address needs to be this.

I have tried changing gateway to that but still not working . It is on the dvr monitor . But still saying offline

New problem … I just changed over on monday from Bt to plusnet which is when problem started

It would be helpful if you let the community know which DVR you are using and how it is currently configured, someone here might have the same product and therefore help you or check the manufacture's site for support pages.

@Jboyle57 there's a guide here https://learncctv.com/zosi-dvr-internet-connection/ about connecting the VDr to the internet.

Maybe you could progress through that and post a screen dump of the Network status screen. That may help to determine what the problem is

Thanks MisterW… I will show this to my son who’s better at technology than me. I do know that I don’t get the same menu when I go into settings. Maybe mine is an older model… think it’s been installed for 3 yrs .

We’ve managed now to get the dvr online. I uninstalled them reinstalled the zosi cloud app on my iPhone to see if that was problem a few days ago( which wasn’t) but cannot remember the password I used and now cannot open camera view on mobile. I have tried to reset password but ofcourse can’t without original password. Does anyone know how I can sort this?

Does the app not have a 'Forgot Password' on the login screen? This should all be documented somewhere

I see there is also Zosi cloud for windows app, which might be easier to use.

Unfortunately there is no forgot password selection. It has reset… u get a code emailed but when u try to reset it asks for original password which ofcourse I’ve forgotten!😱
