Not really, its only a 5/6 min period of time.

A simple old fashioned [hone is one of the best tools you can have to help identify line issues.

Follow the help guides, use the automated test tools, or simply ring in and report a fault.

Hello,

I am trying to fix my mother's WIFI which has been down since this afternoon. Done a factory reset and re-entered her Plusnet details on the router settings (@plusdsl.net). The router will connect for only about 60 seconds then disconnect for 10 minutes before repeating. I am not sure what other settings could cause this. Smart setup is off. I have attached a photo of the event log.

Please any help very appreciated, thank you!

Its likely you have a line fault, dial 17070 option 2. Is the line quiet?

Not much to tell with your log, those entries are just one event, you need to apply a filter to narrow things down a bit - WAN would be my first option.

Thanks, unfortunately there is no landline. Just a DSL cable straight into the router.

This is the event log filtered by WAN, can you pull anything from that?

Hi there,

I'm really sorry to see your mother's broadband is not working.

Is this still the case now? If so could you private message me her account username?
