Skybox won’t accept correct Wi-Fi password

Hi,

Just back from a six week holiday.

Found my ipad wouldn't accept my existing wi-fi password. So I reset it following the Plusnet instructions.

Then I put the new p/w into the sky system and 'there is a problem', is all that it tells me.

I have tried all the usual, turning things off and on. Adjusting pw, so make it friendly, excluding special characters.

My ipad accepts it, my sky box does not.

strange thing is…..my kindle rejected the password, but this evening suddenly accepted it…..

This is driving me nuts. Please can anyone please help?

Not sure which skybox you are using but I usually resort to using WPS to connect a Sky box to WiFi.
