As I understand it, you cannot prevent updates to the firmware, and you cannot 'roll back' - this is all controlled by a central server.

Plusnet Hub Two Firmware

The firmware on my hub two has recently updated which has caused issues with something I use that I don't really want to go in to here.

However my question is - how do I roll back the firmware and prevent it from updating in the future?

I've tried factory reset via the hub menu - this did not roll back the firmware.

Firmware version:v0.06.00.12134-PN

Firmware updated:16-May-2022

There isn't an official route to rolling the firmware back but it is technically possible.

I recognise you seemingly do not want to explain what the problem is, but if you're comfortable taking the discussion 'offline' then feel free to drop me a private message and we can take it from there.

If there is a regression with the firmware that may affect other customers then I am keen to understand what the problem is so we can address it.
