We have a Plusnet Hub One router that reports:

Plusnet Hub One | Software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.217.1.1 | Last updated Unknown

As suggested in the above thread and in the thread:

… it seems the device cannot be upgraded remotely.

How can we update the firmware?

@jab1 is right - there's no way for us to upgrade the hub.

@jab1 - Yes, it was offline for a long time - It also had a strange incident whereby when it was reset it connected with another users account(!). Plusnet sorted that quickly but I think it might have dropped off the update list or some such. I have mostly used a Draytek since then, though.
