@79Artyblue1 Does this 'signal' issue actually affect the operation of the Chromebook? I have an iPad which only shows two bars out of five, but is just as fast as my laptop, showing four or sometimes five out of five?

This is the question to be asking.

I would take the strength indicator with a pinch of salt. Case in point, I'm currently sat typing this on a Chromebook that tells me my signal strength is 'Medium' and I'm capable of pulling ~180mbps through the Wi-Fi connection (with good latency). This is way beyond the headline speed of any of the broadband services we currently provide.
