Tenda Nova MW3 mesh connection

I have a plusnet hub one with a Tenda Nova MW3 mesh system for years it has been working perfectly last week there was a total broadband problem in Hastings when the whole town went down ,when the system was eventually returned my mesh system wont connect to the internet I have tried resetting it and have spent hours and tried everything that I can think of to try to connect it ,my PC is showing the Nova as a network and it seems to be picking up the wifi signal but it wont connect to the internet has anyone got any ideas .

Sometimes to be sure, it is worth asking the "daft" question...

If you connect direct to the router, do you get a connection to the internet?

Hi @barrylee, I am having the same issue after an internet outage on Friday.

I have tried everything and plusnet cant help.

Did you manage to get it fixed? I am stumped
