    <description>&lt;P&gt;Assuming your serial number ends '2157', then the reason you're running an older firmware is because the hub is not talking to the management platform for some reason.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've reprovisioned the hub at this side so try factory resetting it by inserting somethign into the pinhole at the rear of the device until the status light flashes green.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Allow 5-10 minutes or so for everything to come back up and then you should see the latest firmware pushed to your device over the coming days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
