Hub One not updating firmware

I have the 5Ghz but on a hub one that has not been connected in a while.

Hub showing Software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.263 Last updated Unknown

Been connected for a couple weeks now.

Try a factory reset by inserting somethign into the pinhole at the rear of the device until the status light flashes green. I've made some adjustments this side that should hopefully see the latest firmware pushed within a few days of the reset.

@siegerson - there have been several failed attempts to update your firmware. Reason for failure would seem to be because your hub lost contact with the management platform shortly after it was reset back on the 17th.

Are you restoring a backed up configuration after factory resetting? If so, it's likely overwriting the management address with 'bad' info. You will need to avoid restoring from a prior back-up to prevent this happening.

Yes I was restoring backup, will try another reset tonight without restoring back up.
