Anyone know how to update the firmware? I’ve got a hub but it’s on an ancient firmware abs it doesn’t seem to update.

You can’t update it yourself. How long have you been using it? After being unused for a while it can take several days before BT automatically update it for you.

I assume that you have checked and it’s an old version?
You could try switching it off and see if that triggers it but only do it once. Otherwise all that you can do is be patient.

Yeah its version 15. somthing, whichi s ancient. Tried a factory reset, still nothing.

If its very old , it may not be able to be updated. There's a similar situation with some old PlusNet Hub one's that havent been connected for a long time. I can only guess that the update servers have changed and the old hubs are trying to contact the wrong servers.
