      <description>I'm coming up to my renewal date and was wondering if anyone knows if they send you a new router I think it's the hub 2? this will be my 2nd or 3rd renewal TIA</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you're on a Fibre package, then yes - you'll be able to get a Hub Two sent for the cost of P&amp;amp;P. You will need to contact our Customer Options Team by telephone though as the online journeys only offer the newer hub in upgrade scenarios at the moment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
