      <title>Changed package to Unlimited Fibre and was offered a Hub Two</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last week I changed my broadband package and entered into another 18 month contract. When going through checkout, I was offered a new Hub Two for the cost of postage (£6.99) and since my current PlusNet router is nearly 6 years old, I thought this would be a good idea. I paid the charge and completed the order, however, I have had no indication/tracking info or even confirmation that the Hub Two is on it's way. &lt;P&gt;I'm really sorry to see you've not received your new Hub Two after renewing your contract with us.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;From what I can see it looks like the router order is stuck in the system, but I've freed it now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You should receive it next week. Let me know how it goes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi again, &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;That’s the Hub Two arrived safe and sound - easy to set up as always and much more substantial/weighty than the Hub One it is replacing.
