Hi - non techie person, so possibly silly question to some! See that on my broadband connections now I have the option of a 5Ghz connection. Would seem to be a lot faster, as expected. Is this standard/included in Unlimited fibre extra package or does it cost more to use? Thanks

There is no charge for using the 5GHz hub wireless channel Don’t confuse it with the 5G mobile phone service.

Either wireless channel on a hub will not go any faster than the hub connects to the BT infrastructure, which is what you will get if you connect to your hub using an Ethernet cable.
