&lt;P&gt;Personally, if the old one still worked then it may be worth keeping it as a spare. I've had an old router die on me once, but it wasn't obvious. If it happens to your new one, then at least you can swap it back and it will get you out of trouble for a while.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Whenever you will use your old one, keep in mind that you need to &lt;A href="https://silicophilic.com/how-to-update-firmware-on-router/" target="_self"&gt;update the firmware&lt;/A&gt; to the latest version. You can also use your old router as a range extender too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
