Upload drop out

Hi,

my download and ping are fine however when I run my speed test my upload gets up to around 14mbps then drops to 1.96 then back up to 14. I feel this is causing a great deal of lag when I am gaming, can anyone help?

I have cleared temp files, removed devices from the router, I am wired connection, and have reset my router. on looking through the forum I have tried to find my firmware but I can't seem to find this information to see if I need to update the firmware?

Assuming I'm looking at the correct account, your hub is already running the latest available firmware.

Where are you running a speedtest from?

Have you tried another speedtest site?

What else is consuming data at the times you're running a speedtest?

This doesn't strike me as router issue to be honest.

I am really sorry for the issues that you are experiencing and for the disruption caused. I have just tested your line and everything is looking pretty good with no issues being highlighted.
